JOB OVERVIEW

SEO Responsibilities

Conduct keyword research for legal practice areas (e.g., personal injury, immigration, family law).
Optimize website pages, blog posts, and landing pages for search engines.
Update website content, attorney profiles, and service pages.
Create and optimize meta titles, meta descriptions, and image alt text.
Publish blog articles using content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
Monitor website traffic and keyword rankings using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Perform basic on-page SEO audits and recommend improvements.
Build and manage local SEO listings, including the firm's Google Business Profile.
Monitor online reviews and assist with reputation management.
Track competitors' SEO performance and prepare reports.
Coordinate with content writers and web developers on SEO initiatives.
IT Responsibilities
Set up and configure computers, laptops, monitors, and peripherals.
Install and update software required by the firm.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and internet connectivity issues.
Configure and maintain VPN access for remote employees.
Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts for email and firm software.
Manage passwords and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
Provide technical support for Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, RingCentral, Slack, and other productivity tools.
Maintain case management software (e.g., Clio, Filevine, MyCase, Litify).
Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues.
Assist with cybersecurity practices, including antivirus updates, phishing awareness, and secure file sharing.
Perform regular data backups and assist with disaster recovery procedures.
Coordinate with third-party IT vendors for advanced technical issues.
Document IT procedures and maintain an inventory of company equipment.
