JOB OVERVIEW

The Ask is a television and digital interview series hosted by Olena Sukachova. We are building a team to secure interviews with influential people from around the world.

We are looking for someone who can independently identify high-profile guests, reach the right decision-makers, and turn cold outreach into confirmed interviews.

This is not a PR position. This is a guest booking and relationship-building role.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify high-profile guests for The Ask, including:

politicians
celebrities
actors
musicians
athletes
entrepreneurs
bestselling authors
public figures
industry leaders

• Find direct decision-makers, including:

managers
agents
publicists
executive assistants
media representatives
official business contacts

• Write personalized outreach emails and messages.

• Contact guests through email, LinkedIn, Instagram, websites, management agencies, and other appropriate channels.

• Conduct consistent follow-ups until a clear outcome is reached.

• Build long-term relationships with representatives and management teams.

• Maintain an organized CRM with every contact, response, follow-up, and status.

• Suggest new guest ideas based on current events, book launches, tours, elections, business news, or cultural trends.

Requirements

• Excellent written English.

• Strong research skills.

• Experience finding decision-makers instead of generic contact forms.

• Experience with CRM systems.

• Ability to communicate professionally with high-profile individuals and their representatives.

• Highly organized and persistent.

• Able to work independently without waiting for detailed instructions.

Nice to have

• Experience booking podcast guests.

• Experience working with celebrities, politicians, or executive assistants.

• Media, journalism, PR, talent management, or entertainment industry experience.

Success in this role

Success is measured by results—not by the number of emails sent.

Key performance indicators include:

• Confirmed interview bookings.

• Meaningful conversations with representatives.

• High-quality decision-maker contacts.

• Well-maintained CRM.
