About Us

We are a specialist property and real estate recruitment agency based in Australia. We partner with leading developers, commercial property groups, asset owners, agencies, and build-to-rent operators across Queensland and nationally.

We're looking for a highly skilled Talent Resourcer to support our consultants by identifying and mapping talent, building candidate pipelines, and leveraging AI to streamline recruitment processes.

This is a research-focused role with no candidate calling or sales activity required.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct candidate searches using LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Talent Search, and other sourcing platforms • Build targeted candidate lists based on detailed recruitment briefs • Create and refine Boolean search strings for niche and hard-to-fill roles • Map competitors, target companies, and talent pools across specific industries • Identify passive candidates and collect relevant market intelligence • Utilise AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot and Claude to assist with sourcing, research, job advertisements and administrative tasks • Draft engaging job advertisements from client briefs • Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing notes within our CRM • Assist with market mapping projects and talent pipeline development

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in recruitment sourcing, talent research, executive search, or recruitment administration • Strong Boolean search skills • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and/or SEEK Talent Search • Strong internet research and data gathering skills • High attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent written English • Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity • Able to work independently and meet deadlines • Reliable internet connection and home office setup

What Success Looks Like

• Consultants receive well-targeted candidate lists ready for outreach • Accurate and detailed talent maps are produced for client assignments • Boolean searches consistently identify candidates not found through simple keyword searches • Job advertisements are created quickly and professionally using AI tools • Research projects are delivered accurately and on time
