JOB OVERVIEW

Starting Pay: $7.00 USD/hour — NON-NEGOTIABLE
IMPORTANT: THIS IS NOT A BEGINNER OR ENTRY-LEVEL GHL POSITION.

We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel specialist to become a key technical resource for multiple home improvement and lead-generation businesses.

Please do not apply if you are currently learning GoHighLevel, have only basic experience building funnels, or require step-by-step instructions for normal GHL functions.

We need someone who already understands GHL well enough to build, troubleshoot, research, test and solve problems independently.

The starting rate for this position is $7.00 USD per hour. This starting rate is firm and is not negotiable. Please do not apply asking for a higher starting rate.

What We Need

This is much more than a funnel-building position.

We need someone capable of handling the technical side of our GoHighLevel infrastructure and eventually taking significant ownership over our CRM, automations, AI systems and funnels.

You should have strong working knowledge of:

GHL CRM setup and management
Advanced workflows and automations
Pipelines and opportunities
Custom fields, tags and contact management
Calendars and appointment scheduling
Lead routing and qualification
GHL Voice AI
GHL Conversation AI/chatbots
AI prompts and knowledge bases
Phone numbers and call routing
SMS and email automations
Forms, surveys and chat widgets
Funnels and landing pages

Facebook and Google lead ----------
Tracking and attribution
Webhooks and third-party integrations
User access and GHL configuration
Troubleshooting existing GHL systems
Testing systems before they are deployed

Experience with Zapier, Make, APIs, webhooks, JavaScript or custom integrations is a major advantage.

The Level of Independence We Expect

We will sometimes provide extremely detailed instructions. Other times, you will be given an objective and expected to determine the technical solution.

For example, we may say:

“Build an after-hours AI receptionist that qualifies incoming callers, determines their service area and schedules them into the appropriate calendar.”

An experienced candidate should be capable of determining how to build the system, researching anything necessary, configuring it, testing different scenarios, identifying problems and presenting a working solution.

We are not looking for someone who stops working every time they encounter something they haven't done before.

We understand that nobody knows every feature of GoHighLevel. Research is completely acceptable and encouraged. What matters is your ability to find answers, troubleshoot problems and continue making progress independently.

If something genuinely requires administrator access or additional permissions, we expect you to identify specifically what is required and communicate it clearly.

AI & Automation

AI will be an increasingly important part of this position.

We are building systems involving:

Voice AI • Conversation AI • Automated Scheduling • Lead Qualification • CRM Automation • Automated Follow-Up • Knowledge Bases • Call Handling • Lead Routing

You should either already have strong experience with GHL's AI tools or be highly capable of working with them.

Our goal isn't simply to have AI features turned on. We want AI systems that actually work reliably with real customers.

That means testing different customer scenarios, finding weaknesses in the conversation flow and continuously improving the system.

Funnels & Lead Generation

You should also be capable of building professional, conversion-focused GHL funnels and landing pages.

Our businesses generate leads through Google, Facebook and other marketing channels, so these pages need to do more than look attractive.

You should understand mobile-first design, calls to action, lead capture, conversion flow, social proof, trust building, chat integration, tracking and responsive design.

We operate primarily in the home improvement and lead-generation industries, so experience with contractors or home-service businesses is a plus.

Compensation

Starting pay: $7.00 USD per hour.

The starting rate is NON-NEGOTIABLE.
