Hi there! A little about us
We're Home Reset Co., a residential cleaning company that's growing fast — and we're looking for someone awesome to help us get our systems running smoothly, with real room to grow into something bigger.

About the Role
We need someone who already knows BookingKoala like the back of their hand — this isn't a "learn as you go" position, we're looking for someone who can jump in and start helping right away. As we get to know each other and build trust, this role has real potential to grow into recruiting new cleaners and leading their onboarding — becoming a key part of our team's future.

Since we're a growing business, some days will be full of BookingKoala work or recruiting, and other days might be lighter on those — so we'll ask you to help out with other random tasks as they come up too. We're looking for someone flexible and happy to wear a few hats as we grow together, not just someone who wants a narrow, fixed task list.

What You'd Be Doing Right Away

Making our email and SMS templates feel warm and on-brand — like us!
Going into BookingKoala and helping us fix, customize, and organize everything the way we want it
Data entry — cleaning up pricing and settings across the system
Using your good eye for detail to just get things right, without needing everything spelled out
Helping out with other tasks and projects as they come up — things won't always be the same day to day!

Where This Could Go
If we click and work well together, we'd love for you to grow into:

Helping us recruit awesome new cleaners
Leading onboarding for new tea ---------- mbers — sharing our systems and our vibe with them

Who We're Hoping to Find

Real, comfortable, hands-on experience with BookingKoala — you know your way around it already
Bonus points if you've worked with other cleaning-company platforms too
A warm, confident personality — we care a lot about our brand feeling calm and friendly, and we'd love that to come through naturally in how you talk to our team and customers
Someone who works efficiently and stays cool even when things get busy
Someone flexible and adaptable — happy to jump between different types of tasks depending on what the business needs that day
Someone looking for more than a quick gig — we're hoping to find someone excited to grow with us long-term! ????

Schedule & Pay

Part-time to start, with a paid 1-week trial so we can get to know each other
If it feels like a great fit on both sides, this turns into an ongoing month-to-month contract
