JOB OVERVIEW

I spent 25+ years in corporate America and recently left to build something that can help people. My mission is to help people design a life that actually feels like theirs, protects their family, and creates memories.

I created 4 main products and produce daily content for my youtube channel to drive people to the products. I record two videos per day, one long form (~4 min) and one short. I need someone to help optimize/post the videos and repurpose the shorts on Instagram and TikTok.

This job is NOT for a content creator, I create the content. I need someone to help execute the strategy, manage my social media platforms - youtube, tiktok, instagram, X, and Facebook.

My content is organized around key themes and product categories, then delivered weekly in a calendar schedule. I'm very organized and have developed a system/process that simply needs someone to lead and manage.

Applicants should be proficient with Youtube, Youtube Studio, Canva, CapCut, Later, and speak fluent English for best communication.
