NOW HIRING: Real Estate Lead Manager – Wholesale (Remote | Full-Time)

We’re looking for an experienced Real Estate Lead Manager to join Pathway Home Buyers, a growing real estate wholesale company.

Position Details:
• Full-Time | Remote
• $5–$6/hour, based on experience
• Industry: Real Estate Wholesaling
• CRM: GoHighLevel (GHL)

Role: Lead Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and nurture incoming real estate leads
• Follow up consistently with motivated sellers
• Qualify leads based on motivation, timeline, property condition, and asking price
• Maintain and update leads accurately in GHL
• Move leads through the sales pipeline and schedule qualified appointments
• Maintain organized follow-up tasks and ensure no leads fall through the cracks
• Communicate closely with the acquisitions team

Requirements:
• Previous Real Estate Wholesaling experience preferred
• Experience as a Lead Manager, ISA, or Acquisition Support is a strong advantage
• Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Strong phone communication and follow-up skills
• Excellent organization and CRM management
• Persistent, confident, and comfortable speaking with property owners
• Able to work independently and manage a high volume of leads
