# Virtual Assistant / Story Producer — YouTube Animal Rescue Channel (Part-Time, Remote)

**Part-time (20 hrs/week) with path to full-time | Work from home | Long-term**

We run a growing YouTube media channel telling real animal rescue stories, in the style of The Dodo ( ---------- software finds the best rescue videos online automatically. You do the human part.

## Your tasks

- Review video clips in our dashboard and approve the best stories (fast, simple tool — we train you)
- Send the first outreach message to pet owners and rescuers with one click (our system pre-writes it and opens the chat — you just press send)
- Handle all replies and follow-up messages yourself — real, warm back-and-forth conversations on Instagram/TikTok/email that get people excited to share their story
- Get interested people to sign our simple licensing agreement (e-sign link, we provide everything)
- **Interview them** on a short call using our question guide: how they found the animal, what condition it was in, the recovery, the happy ending — you pull out the full story
- **Collect ALL their footage** — old clips, photos, before-and-after videos from their camera roll — through our easy upload link, and make sure nothing is missing to tell the complete story
- Keep every conversation and file organized in the dashboard

## Requirements

- Excellent written and spoken English (you'll talk to people in the US, Canada, UK, Australia)
- Friendly and genuine with strangers — people should enjoy talking to you
- Loves animals
- Reliable internet, computer, and smartphone with Instagram + TikTok
- Some availability during North American evening hours
- Bonus: background in journalism, interviewing, outreach, VA work, social media management, customer service, or animal rescue
