Hiring: Virtual Assistant Cold Caller / Appointment Setter (Commercial Cleaning – USA Clients)
MUST HAVE B2B COLD CALLING EXPERIENCE

Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Employment: Full-Time or Part-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Eastern Time (EST)
Compensation: $4.00 USD per hour + Performance Bonuses

Rapidly growing commercial cleaning and construction cleaning company serving businesses across the United States. We specialize in construction cleaning, janitorial services, floor care, pressure washing, and facility maintenance for commercial clients.

We are seeking an experienced Cold Calling Virtual Assistant / Appointment Setter who is confident speaking with decision-makers, enjoys outbound prospecting, and can consistently generate qualified appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities
Make 45–60 outbound cold calls per hour using our provided lead lists.
Speak with business owners, property managers, office managers, facility managers, and general contractors.
Introduce MCSS National Clean's commercial cleaning services using our proven sales scripts.
Schedule qualified appointments using Calendly.
Update our CRM with accurate call notes and lead information.
Follow up with prospects when necessary.
Submit a daily activity report including:
Calls completed
Decision-makers reached
Appointments booked
Follow-up activities
Qualifications
Previous B2B cold calling or appointment-setting experience (required)
Strong English speaking and communication skills
Comfortable handling objections and speaking with gatekeepers
Experience using CRM systems and outbound dialers
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet work environment
Self-motivated, professional, and goal-oriented
Available during U.S. Eastern business hours
Compensation
$4.00 USD per hour
$10 bonus for every qualified appointment
$50–$100 bonus for every closed commercial cleaning contract
Weekly or bi-weekly payments via Wise
