Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist
Position: Remote | Part-Time | Can Lead to a Full-Time Role
Summary
Children's Advocate is seeking a motivated and personable Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist to generate new client and student leads, conduct outreach, and support marketing initiatives for our behavioral health clinic and academy.
Responsibilities
Generate and track qualified leads daily.
Conduct email and phone outreach to families, referral sources, schools, and community organizations.
Schedule consultations and intake appointments.
Maintain accurate lead records.
Meet lead generation and outreach goals.
Required Skills
Clear, fluent English speaking and writing skills.
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
Lead generation or sales experience preferred.
Professional phone etiquette.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.
Proficiency with email, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
What We're Looking For A confident communicator who can build rapport quickly, represent Children's Advocate professionally, and help connect families with valuable behavioral health and educational services.
Compensation: Hourly rate plus potential performance incentives based on qualified leads and scheduled consultations.
Work Schedule (U.S. Central Time)
(Shifts depend on client needs)
Monday–Friday
8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturday (if needed)
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Compensation
Training rate: $5.00 USD/hour
Training period: 30–60 days
Regular rate: $6.00 – $8.00 USD/hour
Bonus pay for productivity and accuracy
Paid based on hours worked + completed tasks
