We are a fast-growing company looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Support & Sales Agent. If you love helping people solve problems but also know how to recommend products and close a sale, we want you on our team! In this role, you will take care of our current customers and call warm leads to help them choose the right services.————————————————————————————————————————————————————————
English Communication Requirement:
You must speak and write perfect English. Because you will be talking to customers on the phone all day, this is our most important rule. If you sound like a native English speaker, you will be fast-tracked for an interview.

Your Tasks:
- Answer customer questions quickly and politely through phone calls,
- Help customers solve their problems and make sure they are happy.
- Call warm leads to explain our products, answer their doubts, and close the sale.
- Listen to what the customer needs and recommend the best product for them.
- Keep accurate notes and update tickets in our customer software.

Your Skills:
- Clear and fluent English (this is the most important requirement).
- Past experience in both customer support and sales.
- A positive attitude so you can handle frustrated customers and also confidently ask for a sale.
- A quiet home workspace with fast, reliable internet.
- Experience using customer service and calling software.
