JOB OVERVIEW

Client Nurture: Manage and touch base a 20-people list for follow-up per day (Dialer: Mojo)
-Running 8-10 calls an hour following the schedule below (see Notes)
-Reach out to expired and withdrawn listings (Expireds/FSBOs, Probates, Buyers, Sphere of Influence, Past Clients/Database, -Circle Prospecting, Just Listed / Just Sold, etc.)
-Try to re-engage these contacts as potential clients (via Follow-up Boss, KW Command,& Mojo)

Roleplay and script practice
-Lisa and David will select the scripts to use depending on success or engagement. Lisa can provide their own.
-Virtual hangout/meet and accountability meetings with Lisa (in Lisa’s team Zoom room)
-Daily script practice scripts for calling and follow-up conversations
-Memorize and effectively communicate the value proposition of working with David and Lisa’s team.

Work virtually with Lisa via Zoom
-Create follow-up tasks on connected calls and successfully complete follow-up tasks daily
-Nurture leads through personalized emails and follow-up calls using Follow-up Boss and MOJO to send customized emails and do follow-up calls.
-Send pre-written follow-up texts and emails to nurture leads and encourage them to take the next steps (Follow-up Boss, daily) -Check inboxes or log engagements of all emails and texts sent for that specific lead into the CRM, if it hasn’t been logged using a combination of email, phone calls, and personalized messages through Follow-up Boss
