Seneca Cost Segregation is a fast-growing, remote-first U.S.-based company that saves clients thousands of dollars a year through cost segregation studies. Our team is globally distributed across the U.S., Africa, the Philippines, and Mexico. Our culture is one of ambition, curiosity, collaboration, balance, and ownership.
We're hiring a Performance Marketing Lead to own Seneca's entire paid acquisition function. This is not a coordinator or oversight role — you will be the person in the accounts, hands-on, every day. You'll report directly to the CEO and have full ownership of how Seneca invests its marketing dollars across paid media, creative testing, landing pages, and attribution.
What You'll Own:
Strategy, build, and daily management of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other channels — including account structure, bidding, audience targeting, and keyword strategy
Drive strategy behind all image and video assets — you handle copy, experimentation, and optimization; Design handles production
Develop and maintain budget models and forecasts; present spend recommendations with supporting analysis to leadership
Own conversion tracking, tag management, and attribution — validate platform-reported performance against CRM and business data
Report regularly on spend, CPL, lead quality, ROAS, cost per booked call, and pipeline contribution by channel
Plan and run structured creative testing programs — scale winners, retire underperformers
Own landing page strategy, messaging, offers, and CRO for all paid traffic
Monitor auction dynamics, competitive activity, and seasonality and adjust plans accordingly
Partner with sales to define lead qualification criteria and optimize campaigns toward qualified outcomes
Evaluate and launch additional paid channels where supported by performance data
Room to grow into leading organic and social strategy with the right candidate
You Must Have:
5–8 years in performance marketing or paid media with a focus on lead generation
Hands-on ownership of Google Ads — Search, Performance Max, and remarketing — as the person in the account, not overseeing someone else
Meta Ads experience at scale including structured creative testing
Direct responsibility for monthly media budgets with the ability to explain every allocation decision
Conversion tracking and attribution experience including Google Tag Manager
Landing page and CRO experience for paid traffic
In-house experience, or agency experience with clear line of sight to client revenue
Bonus Points:
Experience in real estate, tax, accounting, or financial services marketing
Familiarity with considered sales cycles and delayed revenue recognition
Bing, LinkedIn, Reddit, or YouTube Ads experience
CRM and lifecycle marketing — lead scoring, nurture automation, GoHighLevel experience
How We Work:
Small, fast, ambitious — no layers between you and the CEO
Fully remote and genuinely distributed
Autonomy is real. So is accountability. Revenue is the scoreboard
We encourage learning and back it — go build the operating system for ads
Desired Hours/Week: 40
Location: Remote — Philippines hours with occasional U.S.-hours meetings
To apply, send your resume and a one-minute intro video. In the subject line write: "DYLAN is the COOLEST!" Anyone who doesn't follow will not get reviewed. The more points the higher the priority.
