JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing real estate company based in Texas, USA, and we are building an in-house outbound calling team.
We are looking for experienced real estate cold callers who are confident on the phone, speak clear and professional English, and are comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls to homeowners and local residents.

What You'll Be Doing
Your primary responsibility will be making outbound calls to people in our local Texas market.
These are cold calls. You should already be comfortable speaking with people who are not expecting your call.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Introducing our company in a friendly, professional manner
• Confirming and updating basic contact information
• Asking appropriate qualifying questions
• Inviting contacts to opt in to receive emails and updates from our company
• Accurately recording call results and contact information in our database
• Following our scripts, processes, and calling guidelines
• Maintaining accurate notes and dispositions after each call
• Representing our company professionally in every conversation

This is not a high-pressure sales role. We want callers who can have natural conversations, build rapport quickly, and leave people with a positive impression of our company.

Who We're Looking For
You should have previous experience with real estate cold calling or outbound real estate prospecting.
Strong candidates will have:
• Excellent spoken English
• Prior experience cold calling homeowners or real estate prospects
• A confident, friendly phone presence
• The ability to build rapport quickly
• Experience working with a database or dialer
• Strong listening skills
• Good attention to detail and data entry skills
• The ability to follow a script without sounding scripted
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• A quiet, professional work environment
• Reliable high-speed internet and a dependable computer/headset
• Experience working with a database or dialer

• Experience calling prospects in the United States is strongly preferred.
