Who we are

We're a 7-figure health & wellness e-commerce brand selling across multiple European markets and the UK. Our growth is built on Meta ads — direct response creative that drives real revenue through advertorial funnels.

Small team, no corporate drama, profitable and growing. We're looking for a Creative Strategist to join us full-time and own the creative side of our ad engine.

What you'd do

You'd shape the creative strategy behind every ad we run — from the initial idea all the way through to performance review.

Day to day, that means:

Researching winning ads in our space and translating those insights into concepts for our products — understanding the why, not just copying the what
Writing ad scripts, hooks, and copy that sound like a real person talking to another real person
Creating detailed, clear briefs for our video editors so nothing gets lost in translation
Working alongside our media buyer to read performance data and turn it into smarter creative decisions
Building iteration roadmaps when we find a winner — stretching every good angle as far as it can go
Who we're looking for
2+ years in performance creative for e-commerce or DTC brands
You understand direct response (hooks, unique mechanisms, advertorial funnels, AIDA/PAS)
Strong copywriting — human, persuasive, clear
Comfortable with ad account data — CPA, ROAS, hook rate — and you use it to inform what you create next
Self-directed and reliable. We give you trust and space, and you deliver

Bonus: health/wellness experience, familiarity with European markets, experience briefing editors, tools like Foreplay or GetHookd.
