Key Responsibilities

Outreach and Lead Generation

Research social workers, case managers, discharge planners, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, nursing facilities, assisted living communities, home health agencies, and other healthcare organizations in the United States.
Contact potential referral partners through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms.
Introduce our home care and transportation services in a professional and confident manner.
Schedule meetings and follow-up calls for management.
Maintain an organized spreadsheet or CRM containing contacts, conversations, follow-up dates, and outcomes.
Follow up consistently without being aggressive or unprofessional.
Communicate naturally and professionally with U.S.-based healthcare professionals.
