JOB OVERVIEW

I’m a tattoo artist, business owner, and content creator looking for a creative Short-Form Content VA to help grow my social media and personal brand.

The main goal of this position is to take the raw content I create and turn it into high-quality, engaging TikToks and Instagram Reels consistently.

Im looking for someone who understands social media and its algorithm.

Responsibilities
Edit approximately 5 short-form videos per day
Turn raw footage into TikToks and Instagram Reels
Find trending sounds, formats, ---------- s, hooks, and content opportunities
Create strong opening hooks and on-screen text
Add captions, cuts, zooms, sound effects, B-roll, etc. when appropriate
Repurpose existing footage into multiple pieces of content
Help brainstorm content ideas based on my brand and current trends
Organize raw and completed content
Create Canva graphics, Instagram stories, carousels, promotional graphics, etc.
Learn my personality and brand voice so the content feels authentic to me
Content will include tattoos, art, lifestyle, animals/parrots, humor, educational content, personal-brand content, and trends.

Ideal Candidate
You:

Have experience editing TikTok/Reels/Shorts
Understand what makes people stop scrolling
Have strong creative instincts
Understand current internet culture and humor
Are comfortable using CapCut or similar software
Are experienced with Canva
Can work independently instead of needing step-by-step instructions for every video
Can look at raw footage and come up with ideas for how to use it
Pay attention to trends and bring ideas to me proactively
Communicate reliably and meet deadlines
Bonus skills:

Social media management
Analytics
Copywriting
Instagram/TikTok growth
Photography or graphic design
This has the potential to become a long-term position with consistent hours and increased responsibility.
