JOB OVERVIEW

We run multiple Etsy stores and are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help with our daily operations. This is a long-term remote position with flexible working hours.

THE ROLE
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Etsy Customer Support & Store Assistant to join our growing business.
Your responsibilities will include:
-Responding to customer messages on Etsy in a professional and friendly manner.
-Processing and dispatching customer orders
-Updating Excel spreadsheets with order information
-Creating and uploading new listings
-Assisting with general day-to-day store operations

YOU'RE A FIT IF
-You have excellent written English.
-You are organised and reliable.
-You have strong attention to detail.
-You are comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets.
-You can manage multiple tasks efficiently.
-Previous Etsy or e-commerce experience is a plus.
