We're looking for a creative, organized, and dependable Marketing Designer to join our growing team. We manage several professional associations across Texas, and no two days look exactly the same. One day you might be designing an event invitation, the next you're creating social media graphics, editing a short video, or building a beautiful

What You'll Create
You'll help bring our marketing to life by designing:
Email
Social media graphics
Event promotions
Brochures and flyers
PowerPoint presentations
Website graphics
Event signage
Infographics
Sponsor recognition pieces
Membership recruitment campaigns
Short-form videos for social media
You'll also help us keep everything organized, on-brand, and looking polished.
The Tools You'll Use
You'll work primarily in:
Canva (this is your superpower!)
Google Workspace
ChatGPT and other AI tools
Experience with these is a bonus:
Mailchimp
GlueUp
Wix
CapCut
Blotato
PowerPoint
Never used GlueUp? No problem. If you're quick to learn new software, we'll teach you.

We're a remote team, and Slack is our office.
That means we're looking for someone who:
Communicates clearly and professionally in Slack
Lets us know when a project is on track—or if something is blocking it
Asks thoughtful questions instead of guessing
Responds during agreed-upon working hours
Enjoys collaborating with a team
Great communication builds trust. We'd rather have someone who says, "I have a question before I start," than someone who disappears and delivers the wrong thing.
