JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for one dedicated video editor for a long-term collaboration on a youtube channel.

What You'll Be Editing
Videos are usually 17–22 minutes long
Around 3–4 videos per week
Voice-overs will be provided

The most important part of this role is:

Carefully listening to the voice-over
Finding appropriate footage
Placing the right footage at the right time
Matching the editing style shown in the reference video

Important Notes (Please Read Carefully)
You must use Adobe Premiere Pro for editing.
You must be communicative and respond quickly.
You must be fluent in English.
You must be reliable and straightforward.

Availability
Intended to be a full-time collaboration.
A long-term mindset is essential.
If we work well together, I have multiple channels we can work on together.

Payment
Pay: $3.50 per finished minute

Average upload duration: 17–22 minutes
Uploads: 3–4 videos per week
Approximately: 13–17 videos per month

Estimated monthly earnings: $800–$1,300, depending on the number and length of videos.

As we continue working together and you consistently deliver high-quality work, I'm happy to increase your rate over time.

We're preferably looking for someone mature and experienced.

If you're an experienced YouTube editor who values quality, communication, and long-term work, I'd like to hear from you.
