We are a premier nightlife, events, and entertainment group looking for a Mailchimp Specialist who knows how to craft high-converting
Key Responsibilities
1. Mailchimp Campaign Management (Primary Focus - 70%)
Campaign Creation: Design, write, and schedule promotional
Copywriting & Design: Draft catchy subject lines, preview text, compelling
Campaign Strategy: Build and maintain multi-week
Account Organization: Review and optimize existing Mailchimp audiences, tags,
Calendar Management: Maintain a repeatable weekly
Performance Reporting: Track and report key metrics weekly (open rates, click-through rates, unsubscribes) and provide data-driven recommendations to improve performance.
2. Community Engagement & Online Presence (20%)
Follower Interaction: Monitor and respond promptly to messages, comments, and inquiries from our online community across social media and event platforms.
Brand Voice: Maintain a vibrant, welcoming, and professional voice that aligns with our brand image.
3. Quality Assurance & Brand Accuracy (10%)
Rigorously verify every detail before scheduling or sending any campaign: event names, dates, times, venues, talent lineups, ticket/RSVP links, and pricing.
Required Qualifications
Proven Mailchimp Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Mailchimp campaign setup, audience segmentation, template design, and performance analytics.
Strong Copywriting: Ability to write distinct, engaging promotional copy tailored to different nightlife vibes (e.g., differentiating a weekday lounge experience from a peak weekend event).
High Attention to Detail: Zero tolerance for broken links, typos, incorrect venue information, or missing talent names.
Basic Analytics Skills: Ability to analyze open/click rates and make actionable adjustments based on numbers.
Community Management: Excellent online customer service skills with a friendly, professional tone.
Reliability: Ability to hit strict weekly campaign deadlines consistently.
Preferred (Bonus) Skills
Previous experience in nightlife, entertainment, hospitality, or event marketing.
Basic graphic editing skills (Canva/Photoshop) to resize flyers or adjust
