About Us

Hearts In Christ is a U.S.-registered nonprofit organization supporting charitable and community-focused initiatives. We are looking for responsible, English-speaking individuals in the Philippines to join us as remote Community Outreach Partners.

About the Role

You will use approved social media and online community channels to raise awareness of our mission, communicate respectfully with potential supporters, and introduce interested people to our official charitable campaigns.

This is a flexible, long-term, part-time opportunity suitable for someone who enjoys communicating with people, building genuine relationships, and supporting meaningful causes.

Responsibilities

• Share approved nonprofit content and campaign information
• Communicate professionally with English-speaking audiences
• Build respectful, long-term relationships with potential supporters
• Direct interested supporters only to the organization’s official donation channels
• Maintain accurate records of approved outreach and verified results
• Follow all organizational policies and social media platform rules

Compensation

• This position has no hourly wage or fixed monthly salary
• Starting service compensation is equal to 25% of qualified fundraising amounts attributed to your verified and approved outreach
• After completing five verified qualifying results, the rate increases to 30%
• There is no maximum limit on qualified performance-based compensation
• Earnings depend entirely on actual verified results and are not guaranteed
• Compensation is calculated monthly and paid on the first day of the following month
• There is no application, training, or joining fee

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and currently residing in the Philippines
• Good written and conversational English
• Comfortable using Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or other social platforms
• Honest, patient, respectful, and able to work independently
• Reliable internet connection and access to a smartphone or computer
• Previous outreach, customer service, fundraising, or social media experience is helpful but not required
• Training and approved materials will be provided

Strictly Prohibited

• Spam, harassment, or aggressive solicitation
• False or misleading statements
• Fake identities or unauthorized accounts
• Personally collecting or receiving donations
• Making unauthorized promises on behalf of the organization
• Violating any social media platform rules
