Social Media Growth & Monetisation Virtual Assistant – Philippines

I am looking for a highly motivated, proactive and experienced Social Media Growth & Monetisation Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to help manage, promote and grow my online content across multiple social media platforms.

This is not simply a posting or administrative VA role. I am looking for someone who understands social media growth, content distribution, audience building and monetisation and who can actively help push my content to reach a wider audience.

Main Responsibilities

You will be responsible for helping manage and grow my social media presence, including:

Uploading, scheduling and publishing content across social media platforms.
Managing YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
Uploading and optimising YouTube videos and Shorts.
Writing strong titles, descriptions, captions, hashtags and calls-to-action.
Improving YouTube SEO, keywords, playlists, chapters, end screens and video discoverability.
Repurposing long-form videos into Shorts, Reels, TikToks and other short-form content.
Promoting content strategically after it has been published rather than simply uploading it.
Identifying relevant Facebook groups, online communities, pages and other places where content can appropriately be promoted.
Researching trending topics, keywords, hashtags and content opportunities.
Researching competitors and successful accounts in similar niches.
Creating and maintaining a social media/content calendar.
Helping increase followers, subscribers, views, watch time and engagement organically.
Monitoring YouTube Studio and social media analytics.
Analysing which content is performing well and recommending ways to improve future content.
Helping move the platforms towards stronger monetisation.
Researching potential affiliate marketing, sponsorship, partnership and other monetisation opportunities.
Supporting community engagement, including comments and audience interaction where appropriate.
Keeping organised records of what has been posted, promoted and repurposed.
Providing a simple weekly performance report covering growth, views, engagement, what worked and recommendations for the following week.

I am looking for someone who is:

Commercially minded and interested in helping turn content into a profitable online brand.
Reliable and organised.
Comfortable taking responsibility rather than waiting for instructions for every small task.
Able to research and identify new opportunities for growth.
Familiar with current social media trends and algorithms.
Able to communicate clearly in English.
Comfortable working remotely and meeting agreed deadlines.

VidIQ, TubeBuddy or similar YouTube optimisation tools
Social media analytics
Audience growth strategies
Affiliate marketing and online monetisation
Previous Experience

You should ideally be able to show examples of accounts or channels you have worked on and explain what you personally did to help them grow.

Important

I am not looking for someone who simply uploads content and waits for the next instruction.

I want someone who will look at a piece of content and actively think:

“How can we get more people to see this?”

“What other platforms can we distribute this on?”

“How can we improve the title, thumbnail, description or packaging?”

“Where can we appropriately promote this?”

“What is the data telling us?”

“What should we change next week to improve growth?”

The goal is to build a strong, engaged audience and steadily increase the monetisation potential of the content.
