What We're Looking For
A hands-on marketing and systems VA who can own our website,
Responsibilities
Website (WordPress):
Build and update pages, landing pages, and sales pages
Publish and format blog posts, lead magnets, and resource pages
Manage plugins, updates, backups, and basic troubleshooting
Set up opt-in forms and connect them correctly to Flodesk
Test every page before it goes live — forms, links, mobile view, load speed
Email
Build, schedule, and send newsletters, campaigns, and launch sequences
Set up and maintain automated workflows: welcome sequences, nurture series, post-purchase follow-up
Manage segments and tags so the right people get the right messages
Design
Track open rates, click rates, and conversions, and report monthly on what's working
Maintain list hygiene and deliverability
Systems & Documentation (Notion):
Maintain our Notion workspace as the single source of truth
Build and update databases for content calendars, campaign tracking, and client resources
Write and maintain SOPs so recurring work is repeatable
Track project timelines and deliverables, and flag blockers early
Keep templates, assets, and files organized and easy to find
Also required: 3+ years in digital marketing support or marketing operations, excellent written English, strong organization and attention to detail, self-motivated with minimal supervision, and a reliable internet connection and professional work environment.
What Success Looks Like
The website is current, fast, and free of broken links or forms

Automated sequences run correctly without the founder checking them
Notion is organized enough that anyone can find what they need in under a minute
Every recurring task is documented and repeatable
The founder spends time on strategy and client delivery, not on fixing pages
Position Details
Type: Part-time, 20–30 hours per week, with potential to grow to full-time as we scale
Rate: $6–8/hour depending on experience (approximately $520–$960/month at 20–30 hrs/week)
Work Schedule: Flexible, but with at least 3–4 hours of daily overlap with U.S. Eastern Time
