About Us
We are a fast-growing digital company looking for an experienced Paid Growth Specialist to join our marketing team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys paid advertising, analyzing performance, testing new ideas, and finding ways to improve results.
Unlike an agency environment where you may manage many different clients, this position will primarily focus on two accounts, allowing you to really understand the businesses and focus on improving performance.

Work Schedule & Compensation
Hours: Full-time, Monday through Friday
Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 2:00 PM–12:00 AM Philippine Time, with some flexibility in working hours. The later portion of the schedule provides regular overlap with our U.S.-based team.
Workweek: Approximately 40 hours of core work plus 5 hours of dedicated innovation, research, and learning time each week. Includes a 1-hour paid lunch daily and reasonable short breaks as needed.
Paid Lunch: 1 hour per day
Reasonable short breaks throughout the day as needed
Innovation Time: Approximately 5 paid hours per week dedicated to research, learning, testing, and new ideas
PTO: 12 paid time-off days annually
Location: Remote – Philippines

Role Overview
You will manage and optimize paid advertising across our primary marketing channels.
We're looking for someone who can handle the day-to-day management of campaigns while also thinking proactively about how to improve performance.
We don't expect you to know everything on day one. We want someone with strong paid advertising fundamentals who is analytical, curious, dependable, and always interested in learning and improving.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search and Performance Max
Manage Meta/Facebook and Instagram advertising
Manage and test Reddit advertising
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and other key metrics
Perform keyword, search term, audience, and competitor research
Manage retargeting and remarketing campaigns
Identify opportunities to improve and expand campaigns
Monitor ads for performance issues, disapprovals, or tracking problems
Testing & Growth
Test new campaigns, audiences, keywords, ads, and creative ideas
Identify new paid advertising opportunities
Monitor competitor advertising and industry trends
Work with our creative team to develop new advertising assets
Recommend landing page or messaging improvements based on advertising performance
Use dedicated innovation time to research and propose new growth ideas
Analytics & Reporting
Review advertising and conversion data
Prepare clear weekly performance reports
Identify winners, losers, trends, and opportunities
Monitor conversion tracking and campaign attribution
Explain what changed, what was learned, and what should happen next
Collaboration
Work closely with our marketing supervisor and other marketing specialists
Participate in regular tea
Communicate campaign needs to our creative and content team
Share ideas, findings, and opportunities with the team
Requirements
2+ years of hands-on paid advertising experience
Strong experience with Google Ads
Experience with Meta/Facebook/Instagram Ads
Understanding of CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and other paid advertising metrics
Experience with Google Analytics / GA4
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets
Good written and spoken English
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities
Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
