ICY Studios is a fast-growing custom apparel and e-commerce company with operations in both Canada and the United States. We're looking for an experienced Full-Cycle Bookkeeper who wants to become a long-ter ---------- mber of our team.
This is not a freelance or part-time role. We're looking for someone who is fully committed, proactive, and excited to grow with our company. You'll work directly with our CEO and leadership team, collaborate daily through Slack, and play a key role in keeping our financial operations organized and accurate.

*What You'll Be Doing
As our Full-Cycle Bookkeeper, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting functions across both our Canadian and U.S. entities.

Your responsibilities will include:
-Full-cycle bookkeeping for both Canadian and U.S. businesses
-Managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
-Performing bank, credit card, and Shopify reconciliations
-Maintaining accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online
-Processing payroll and ensuring payroll records are accurate
-Reconciling transactions in multiple currencies (USD & CAD)
-Assisting with month-end and year-end close
-Preparing financial reports for management
-Working closely with the CEO and internal team on financial matters
-Identifying discrepancies and resolving reconciliation issues promptly

*What We're Looking For
-Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
-Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online
-Experience handling multi-currency accounting (USD & CAD)
-Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
-Strong written English and professional communication skills
-Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team
-Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
-Must be available during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours

*Preferred Qualifications
-Experience reconciling Shopify transactions (strong plus)
-Canadian payroll experience (bonus)
-Experience supporting e-commerce businesses
-Knowledge of Canadian and U.S. bookkeeping practices

*Compensation
-$1,000 USD per month
