About Us:
We are a fast-growing D2C brand in the pet care industry, dedicated to creating innovative products that improve the lives of pets and their owners. We are looking for a highly skilled Ad Cartoon Maker and AI Animator to produce engaging, scroll-stopping animated video ads for our social media channels (TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram).

Role Overview:
You will lead the creation of hybrid animation workflows, blending traditional motion graphics with cutting-edge generative AI tools. Your primary goal will be to transform our marketing concepts into polished, high-converting cartoon ads that highlight our pet products, tell emotional or playful stories, and capture the attention of passionate pet owners.

Location: Remote, USA market focused

Key Responsibilities
- Produce end-to-end animated cartoon ads, from initial concept and storyboard to final render.
- Generate high-quality assets, environments, and character animations (especially focusing on expressive, lifelike, or stylized dogs, cats, and other pets) using a mix of AI tools and traditional motion design such as Kie.ai.
- Enhance and refine AI-generated outputs in post-production to ensure visual consistency, fluid motion, and brand alignment.
- Generate AI-powered voiceovers, sound effects, and audio enhancements to create immersive ad experiences.
- Iterate rapidly on different visual hooks and creative angles to optimize ad performance for e-commerce campaigns.

Required Skills & Tools
- Video AI Platforms: Expertise in tools like Kie.ai , Runway Gen-2, Kling AI, LumaLabs, or Pika.
- Image & Workflow AI: Advanced proficiency with Kie.ai, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, or custom LoRA workflows.
- Post-Production & VFX: Expert-level knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop for compositing, editing, and typography.
- Audio AI: Experience with tools like ElevenLabs or Suno for voice synthesis and soundscapes.
- Prompt Engineering: Sharp ability to craft and optimize detailed prompts to generate specific, anatomically accurate, or stylized animal characters and environments.

Qualifications & experience
- A strong portfolio or demo reel showcasing high-quality AI-assisted animations and motion graphics.
- Bonus points if your portfolio includes character or creature animations, specifically featuring pets/animals.
- A deep understanding of digital video workflows, visual storytelling, and pacing for short-form social media ads.
- Experience working with D2C e-commerce brands, understanding what drives clicks and conversions.
- A fast learner who stays up-to-date with emerging AI animation technologies and seamlessly integrates them into creative pipelines.
- Basic knowledge of 3D animation (e.g., Blender) or traditional 2D drawing is a major plus to help fix or polish AI outputs.
