JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing podcast and Texas-based insurance agency seeking a highly skilled and creative Virtual Assistant with a focus on video editing, and short-form content creation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing long-form podcast episodes, generating engaging short-form videos for social media, and using AI platforms to create daily YouTube Shorts.

Key Responsibilities:
-Edit and clean weekly podcast episodes (up to 1 hour in length), removing any errors or cued sections
-Add brand logo and simple captions to each full-length episode
-Create 1–3 engaging short-form reels from each episode using CapCut or similar tools
-Add captions, cuts between speakers, and outro branding to each reel
-Post reels to YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and TikTok
-Use Runway AI and other AI programs to create daily 30-second faceless YouTube Shorts from prewritten scripts
-Add captions and branding to each AI video before posting
-Maintain organization of all video assets in Google Drive
-Stay aware of current editing styles and U.S.-based social trends to help increase views and engagement
-Create Thumbnails for each video you create
-All content should be on consistent and on brand
Qualifications:

-You must always be available and present to communicate with via Microsoft Teams.
-Proven experience in video editing for podcasts, YouTube, or social media
-Strong knowledge of editing tools such as CapCut and Adobe Premiere Rush
-Familiarity with AI video tools like Runway AI, Sora AI, and other AI-driven marketing tools and platforms.
-Strong English skills – both written and spoken with the ability to produce compelling and effective marketing materials.
-Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing deadlines with minimal supervision
-Basic understanding of branding and storytelling through video
-A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
*Bonus: Familiarity with content in the business, real estate, or insurance industries
