Part-Time Social Media Content Creator
HeartWired Marketing** is looking for a creative, dependable Part-Time Social Media Content Creator to help create engaging content for our agency and our clients.
We work with businesses across different industries, so this role is a good fit for someone who enjoys variety, understands social media trends, and knows how to turn ideas into content that gets attention.
We are specifically looking for someone who can do more than create static graphics.
You should be comfortable creating **Reels, short-form video, carousels, graphics, captions and other social media content for platforms like Instagram,
What You'll Do
* Create social media content for multiple client accounts
* Create and edit Instagram and
* Turn raw video footage into polished short-form content
* Create graphics, carousels, stories and promotional content
* Write captions that match each client's individual brand voice
* Repurpose existing blogs, photos, videos and other content
* Research trends, hooks, audio ideas and creative concepts
* Help develop monthly content calendars
* Follow brand guidelines for different clients
* Make revisions based on feedback
* Meet deadlines and keep projects organized
* Bring your own creative ideas to the table
We do not want someone who simply waits for step-by-step instructions on every post. We will provide direction, brand information and goals, but we want a creator who can think creatively and contribute ideas.
Skills We're Looking For
You should have experience with:
* Reels and short-form video editing
* Social media graphic design
* Writing engaging captions
* Creating hooks for video content
* Understanding social media trends
* Creating content for Instagram and
* Creating professional content for LinkedIn
* Working with multiple brands or clients
* Following brand guidelines
* Managing multiple projects and deadlines
Strong attention to detail is important. Grammar, spelling, formatting and following client instructions matter.
Tools
Experience with some combination of the following is preferred:
* Canva Pro
* CapCut
* Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video editing software
* Photoshop or Illustrator
* Social media scheduling tools
* AI tools for brainstorming, editing and content development
You do not need to know every tool listed above.
What matters most is that you already have an efficient process for creating professional social and video content.

Position Details
Position:Part-Time Social Media Content Creator
Hours: Approximately 15–20 hours per week to start
Location: Remote
Schedule: Some flexibility, but reliability and communication during agreed working hours are important.
There may be opportunities for additional hours and responsibilities as our agency continues to grow.
