JOB OVERVIEW

Blessed Abode Homes is looking for a reliable and well-spoken Cold Calling / Outreach Specialist to help us connect with community partners, referral sources, and organizations that serve individuals in need of safe and stable housing.

Blessed Abode Homes provides safe, clean, furnished homestyle shared housing for eligible adults who may need stability, structure, dignity, and a supportive place to land. We work with community partners, healthcare professionals, reentry programs, shelters, case managers, and other referral sources to help connect individuals with housing options.

We are looking for someone who is confident in English, professional on the phone, and experienced in making outbound calls.

Responsibilities include:

Contacting potential referral partners by phone
Introducing Blessed Abode Homes in a clear and professional way
Building relationships with agencies, facilities, and community organizations
Following up with leads and documenting call outcomes
Scheduling callbacks or passing warm leads to our team
Maintaining a friendly, professional, and respectful tone on every call

Requirements:

Must have strong English communication skills
At least 2 years of cold calling or phone outreach experience
Comfortable speaking with professionals, agencies, and organizations
Able to follow a script while still sounding natural and conversational
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Experience with healthcare, housing, nonprofit, or social service outreach is a plus
