Video Editor Wanted — Fashion Content Creator (Part-Time, US Eastern Time Zone)

I'm a fashion content creator based in the United States looking for a skilled video editor to join me on a part-time basis with the potential to grow together long-term.

About the work:

My content spans a few formats — right now it's mostly talking-head videos, storytelling , carousels. All involve photo and video overlays, subtle zoom effects, sound effects, music, and subtitles. I currently post around 3 /4 videos per week and looking to scale. I'm open to working on a per-video basis or a flat-fee part-time arrangement — flexible depending on what works for the right person.

What I'm looking for:

-Someone with a strong eye, creative instincts, and the ability to make content feel elevated.
-Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, and Canva is required and someone who can make both feel engaging and polished.
-Fashion editing experience is a plus but not required — what matters more is that you have taste and attention to detail.

-Bonus points if you bring animation skills or experience with AI tools to the table. I'm especially excited about using AI for fashion content featuring different body types and styling scenarios — if that's in your wheelhouse, say so upfront.

-Turnaround: 24 hours for standard edits, 48 hours max for complex ones
-You MUST be available and responsive during US Eastern Time Zone hours — I am not waiting a day or two for a reply. If you are slow to respond this is not the right fit.

-How this works:
I will pay for a trial edit before making any commitment. If your work is good and you communicate well, there is real room to grow here. I am open to paying more for the right person.

Wages and Salary to be discussed depending on how many hours and how fast you work. The stated amount is a rough amount. I am willing to pay more for someone that is dependable, quick and has skills
