Company Overview
We are a fast-growing, multi-pillar personal brand and business built around a rising artist and entrepreneur. The ecosystem spans music, dance and performance, health and wellness services, and a broader community and lifestyle brand that ties everything together. What began as a small creative operation is now being rebuilt into a properly structured, professionally run company. The core team is intentionally small, trusted, and given real ownership over their function rather than a list of daily tasks handed down from above. As the company scales, this team is expected to scale with it, both in title and in responsibility.
About the Role
This role owns growth and content across every pillar of the brand at once. The person in this seat is responsible for making sure that whether someone encounters the brand through a dance video, a music release, a wellness service post, or a community update, it feels like the same brand every time. This is a hands-on production role and a strategic role at the same time: you are expected to personally edit video and photo content to a publish-ready standard, and you are expected to think about growth strategy, platform trends, and brand consistency at the same time. You will work closely with the operations lead, the automations and website lead, and the client success manager to make sure content, funnels, and community activity are all pulling in the same direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage a content calendar across all brand pillars: music, dance, wellness, and community.
- Personally edit short-form and long-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and longer pieces) to a publish-ready standard.
- Edit and produce photo and graphic assets for posts, promotions, and campaigns.
- Ensure every piece of content, across every platform and every pillar, reflects one consistent brand identity: visual style, tone, color palette, and messaging.
- Develop and execute organic and paid growth strategy across relevant social platforms.
- Track and report on growth metrics: follower growth, engagement rate, reach, and content-to-lead conversion.
- Research trends, audio, and content formats relevant to each platform and adapt them to the brand's voice, rather than copying trends wholesale.
- Coordinate with the automations and website lead and the client success manager so campaigns, funnels, and community activity stay aligned.
- Maintain and enforce a content approval workflow so nothing publishes off-brand.
- Build and maintain a working brand guidelines reference: visual identity standards, tone of voice, and clear do's and don'ts.
- Flag any content or growth activity that risks fragmenting the brand identity across pillars before it goes out, not after.
- Propose new growth opportunities, platforms, or content formats as they emerge, rather than waiting to be asked.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing social media growth and content strategy, ideally across more than one brand, campaign, or account at once.
- Strong, demonstrable video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar), with a portfolio or reel available to share.
- Strong photo editing and graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar).
- Working knowledge of platform-specific best practices across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and
- Demonstrated ability to keep brand identity consistent across multiple content streams without needing constant direction.
- Comfortable working independently, making judgment calls, and owning outcomes rather than waiting to be assigned individual tasks.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a computer capable of running video and photo editing software smoothly.
- Experience with content scheduling and analytics tools.
Preferred, Not Required
- Experience working with a music artist, dance or performance brand, or a health and wellness brand.
- Experience running or supporting paid advertising campaigns.
- Familiarity with CRM or funnel tools, GoHighLevel in particular.
How to Apply
1. Follow the steps below in order. Applications that skip any step will not be reviewed.
2. Start your application with the word RAINBOW, written exactly as shown, to confirm you read the full posting.
3. State your salary expectation and your availability to start. We are hiring for this role as soon as possible, so early availability is a strong advantage.
4. Include a shareable link to your portfolio or resume that shows real results and data, specifically in social media management, along with graphic design and video editing samples.
5. Answer this situational question in your own words: One of your recently edited videos underperforms well below the usual engagement for that content type, even though it followed brand guidelines. Walk through exactly what you would check first, and what you would change before the next post goes out.
If your application shows a strong fit, you will be scheduled for an interview. Applications that do not follow the steps above will not move forward, and access to any of our systems will not be granted.
