We are hiring an EXPERIENCED Amazon Wholesale Buyer VA to join our team.

This is NOT an entry-level position. We are NOT looking for someone who wants to learn Amazon Wholesale from scratch.

You must already have actual hands-on experience with Amazon Wholesale, Amazon Seller Central, supplier sourcing, catalog analysis, Keepa, profitability analysis, and purchasing inventory for Amazon FBA.

If you only have general VA experience, basic Amazon knowledge, watched Amazon courses, or have never personally analyzed and sourced profitable wholesale products, DO NOT APPLY.

WORK SCHEDULE – NON-NEGOTIABLE

Monday to Friday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

You must be available and actively working during these hours.

TIME TRACKER IS REQUIRED

This position requires the use of a work/time tracker during working hours.

Your work activity and hours will be tracked while you are on duty.

You must be comfortable using a tracker throughout your scheduled shift. The tracker must remain active while you are working, except during approved breaks.

We expect accurate time records and active productivity during paid working hours.

If you are not comfortable working with a time tracker, DO NOT APPLY.

If you cannot consistently work Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, DO NOT APPLY.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for helping us identify, analyze, and purchase profitable wholesale inventory for Amazon FBA.

Your responsibilities will include:

Finding legitimate brands, distributors, and wholesale suppliers
Opening wholesale accounts with brands and distributors
Contacting suppliers through phone and email when required
Requesting supplier catalogs and price lists
Analyzing large wholesale catalogs
Finding profitable products to purchase for Amazon FBA
Using Keepa to analyze product history
Reviewing Buy Box history
Reviewing sales rank and estimated sales
Analyzing offer count and seller competition
Identifying Amazon-on-the-listing risks
Checking price stability
Checking whether products are restricted
Checking whether our Amazon account is eligible to sell a product
Calculating Amazon FBA fees
Calculating ROI and profit margins
Determining maximum purchase cost
Evaluating MOQ and supplier pricing
Identifying products with consistent sales potential
Preparing purchasing recommendations
Creating and managing purchase orders
Following up with suppliers regarding pricing, inventory, orders, and shipments
Maintaining organized supplier and product spreadsheets
Assisting with brand and product ungating when required
Working regularly inside Amazon Seller Central
YOU MUST ALREADY KNOW HOW TO USE KEEPA

You should be able to look at a Keepa chart and understand what is happening WITHOUT someone teaching you.

You must understand:

Buy Box history
Amazon price history
Sales rank drops
Seller count
Offer count
Price stability
Historical demand
Stock-out behavior
Amazon being in or out of stock
Seasonal products
Sudden price drops
Potential price wars
Whether a product is actually worth purchasing
