JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatch & Sales Coordinator to join our growing moving company. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently manage daily operations, coordinate moving crews, communicate effectively with customers, and help close sales using a proven sales script. If you're proactive, enjoy solving problems, and can balance operations with customer service and sales, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Dispatch and coordinate moving crews to ensure efficient daily operations.
Review customer bookings and move details with exceptional attention to accuracy.
Monitor schedules and ensure all aspects of each move are properly organized.
Update and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as opportunities for improvement are identified.
Confidently follow a sales script to convert inquiries into booked moves.
Maintain accurate records and documentation using Google Drive.
Manage workflows and customer communications using GoHighLevel (GHL).
Communicate proactively with customers and tea ---------- mbers to ensure a smooth moving experience.
Learn the moving industry and company processes to become an expert in our operations.

Qualifications
Previous experience in sales with the ability to confidently close deals.
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Experience coordinating schedules, dispatching, or managing operations is a plus.
Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) is required.
Comfortable using Google Drive and cloud-based business tools.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.
