THE ROLE & CAREER PATH:
We are looking for hungry, highly motivated, and diligent Sales Professionals to join our remote team. This role is open to remote Filipino workers anywhere in the Philippines. This is a unique opportunity with a clear growth pipeline:

PHASE 1 — APPOINTMENT SETTER (Entry to Mid-Level):
You will start by prospecting B2B leads, initiating conversations, qualifying prospects, and booking appointments. You'll learn our systems, our pitch, and our industry inside and out.

PHASE 2 — SALES CLOSER (Senior Level):
Once you have proven your ability to generate pipeline and understand our offerings, you will be promoted to a Closer. In this role, you will conduct discovery calls with pre-qualified B2B business owners, present our custom AI and funnel solutions, overcome objections, and close high-ticket deals.

HARD SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Experience in B2B sales, outbound prospecting, or telemarketing (Cold Calling, Email, Social DMs)
- Excellent conversational English (both written and spoken) with a neutral, professional accent
- Experience navigating CRM software (GoHighLevel experience is a huge plus)
- Ability to follow scripts while sounding natural and conversational
- Basic understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, or B2B SaaS concepts

SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Highly resilient, comfortable with rejection, and not afraid to ask for the sale
- Self-starter who is disciplined enough to work remotely
- Goal-oriented and driven by targets and commissions
- Coachable and willing to learn our specific outreach and closing methods
- Reliable high-speed internet connection, a quality headset, and a quiet workspace

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and source qualified B2B leads in our target verticals (Home Services, Restaurants, Med Spas, etc.)
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone calls, emails, and social media platforms
- Schedule qualified appointments onto the calendars of our Sales Closers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in our CRM
- As you advance to Closer: Conduct Zoom/phone sales presentations, handle objections, and close deals
