Fashion Shopify Product Upload & AI Image VA

We are looking for a reliable **Shopify VA** to support the migration and management of products for an e-commerce website.

The main responsibility will be transferring products from an existing WordPress website into Shopify, while also creating high-quality AI-generated product imagery where required.

Responsibilities

* Upload and migrate products from WordPress to Shopify.
* Accurately transfer:

* Product titles
* Descriptions
* Pricing
* SKUs
* Variants
* Collections/categories
* Product specifications
* Existing imagery
* Format product pages cleanly and consistently.
* Create professional AI-generated product images using tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Photoshop AI, Canva AI or similar.
* Improve or recreate poor-quality existing product imagery.
* Create consistent product backgrounds and presentation styles.
* Resize and optimise images for Shopify.
* Organise products into the correct collections and navigation structure.
* Complete general Shopify VA tasks and website updates when required.
* Check all work carefully before publishing.

Requirements

* Strong previous Shopify experience.
* Experience uploading and managing large product catalogues.
* Comfortable working from an existing WordPress/WooCommerce website.
* Strong experience with AI image generation.
* Good visual judgement — AI imagery must look realistic and professional, not obviously AI-generated.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Strong written English.
* Able to follow instructions accurately and work independently.
* Fast and organised.

Ideal Candidate

You are someone who can be given a product catalogue and clear instructions and simply **get the work completed accurately without constant management**.

Experience with e-commerce product migration, Shopify merchandising, Canva, Photoshop or AI creative tools is a major advantage.
