How You Will Contribute:

• Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring accurate and organized sales records.
• Monitor lead pipelines and track sales activities to support team performance.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and sales metrics for management review.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Support process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Assist with administrative tasks, documentation, and coordination across departments.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company standards and procedures.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in sales operations, data analysis, CRM management, or administrative support.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM platforms.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with real estate, mortgage, or lending industries is a plus.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
