JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for an exceptional video editor to join me on my 75 Hard journey and help build a brand focused on faith, fitness, discipline, and personal growth.

This is a paid 75-day contract with the opportunity to continue working together long-term if we're a great fit.

Immediate Hire – I'm looking to make a decision quickly, so please apply as soon as possible.

Weekly Deliverables

Each week you'll edit:

- 12 Instagram Reels
- 6 "Day in the Life" or workout videos that tell a story from beginning to end.
- 6 talking-head videos with engaging B-roll, overlays, sound effects, captions, and visual elements that keep viewers watching.

- 1 YouTube video each week using footage from that week's content.

? The Style I'm Looking For

I'm looking for someone who understands how to create videos that people can't stop watching.

I love:
- Fast-paced editing
- Smooth, creative transitions
- Storytelling that flows naturally
- Dynamic captions and typography
- Motion graphics
- Text that follows movement on screen
- Clean sound design
- B-roll overlays
- Trendy editing techniques that improve viewer retention
- Editors who know when to slow down and when to speed things up for maximum impact

This is not a basic editing position. I'm looking for someone who is creative, has a great eye for pacing, and takes pride in making every video feel polished and engaging.
