Job Overview

Hi! We're looking for an experienced Senior Paid Media Manager (Google Ads, Meta, & Tiktok) to help us scale our customer acquisition through paid digital advertising.

You'll be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This role is for someone who doesn't just turn campaigns on; they actively monitor performance, identify opportunities, test new ideas, solve problems, and continuously improve results.

We're looking for someone who is comfortable working independently, making recommendations backed by data, and taking ownership of campaign performance from strategy through optimization.

We're looking for someone with experience in:
1. Managing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok Ads
2. Audience research and targeting
3. Keyword research and campaign planning
4. Budget management and allocation
5. Conversion tracking and attribution analysis
6. Writing or recommending high-converting ad copy and creative
7. A/B testing and campaign experimentation
8. Making landing page optimization recommendations
9. Monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing campaign performance
10. Preparing weekly and monthly performance reports
11. Identifying opportunities to improve ROI and scale successful campaigns

We're looking for someone who is analytical, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about using data to drive business growth. You should be comfortable working independently, testing new ideas, and making recommendations that improve marketing performance.

Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, conversion tracking, or other performance marketing tools is highly preferred.

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Compensation: $200/week fixed pay
