We build AI-integrated websites for small businesses in the US. B2B. When a client
signs, you are the person who gets them live.
WHAT YOU'D ACTUALLY DO
A client signs. You take it from there:
- Run the intake call and get the full picture of their business
- Chase down assets: logo, photos, service list with pricing, hours, after-hours policy
- Get the domain pointed correctly, without ever asking for their password
- Get their phone sorted - usually forward now, port later, so nothing waits on a carrier
- QA the site before launch: mobile, click-to-call, booking, the AI answering correctly
- Record a 5-minute walkthrough for the client, then hand it over
You are managing 12-18 accounts at once, each 3-5 weeks long.
THE PART THAT IS ACTUALLY THE JOB
Chasing assets. Clients go quiet. They mean to send the photos and then they don't for
nine days. Your job is to break that stall - switch channel, set a real deadline, make
replying trivial. We launch on day 10 with stock imagery and swap later rather than
let a launch slip. That rule is written down so nobody has to argue about it at 9pm.
SECURITY - READ THIS PART TWICE
You will be inside live customer accounts. That means:
- We use delegated access, never shared passwords
- If a client texts you their password, you refuse it and set it up properly instead.
Using a texted password is a fireable act.
- Your access is per-client, time-limited, and revoked the day the site goes live
- Every action is logged
Background check and ID verification required before you start. No exceptions.
WHAT IT PAYS
$1,400 - $1,600 per month, flat, by experience. Full-time contractor. No commission -
you are not selling, you are getting people live, and paying you on speed would be
the wrong incentive.

TO APPLY
Start your application with this exact phrase: ASSET CHASE
Include:
1. A 90-second Loom video answering one question -- "a client has gone quiet for
5 days and go-live is in a week. What do you do?"
2. Your experience with GoHighLevel, Twilio, or DNS if you have it
3. Your monthly rate
4. Confirmation that you consent to a background check and ID verification
Applications without the phrase and the Loom won't be read. That's not a trick --
chasing your own application is the same skill as chasing a client's logo file.
