JOB OVERVIEW

NEED A VIDEO EDITOR / CONTENT DIRECTOR FOR A FAST-GROWING FAMILY WEALTH BRAND WITH 200K+ FOLLOWERS AND DOZENS OF QUALIFIED LEADS COMING IN WEEKLY

The brand is epic and the content already works, we, as The Fampreneurs, just need someone who can own execution because we're scaling fast.

We already have a huge organic following of 200k+ across social media, plus a daily testing pipeline for hooks and formats before anything hits the main account. This isn't a cold start, you're stepping into a system that already has traction.

You'll be both the video editor and the content director. You own the content and shape the brand end to end, we've already validated what works, you own turning it into daily output.

You'll work directly with the founder on ideation and strategy, and alongside a lean sales team who handle DMs and closing, so your content is feeding a real pipeline, not disappearing into the void.

The formats you'll be producing are proven, not guesswork, so you're never starting from a blank page, you're executing against a system that already converts attention into leads.

We only want an in-house video editor. We do not want an agency or a freelancer juggling five other clients on the side.

Remote is fine as long as you can turn work around fast and communicate clearly, we run on a real content calendar with real deadlines.

We pay a strong base structured around performance, tied directly to approved videos and lead generation, plus a share of YouTube ad revenue as the channel grows. When the channel wins, you win.

It is very achievable to do great work here because you already have proven formats, real data, and a founder who shows up and puts in the reps.
