Who We're Looking For (A-Player Profile)
2+ years of proven web development experience
A portfolio with live websites or projects you built yourself
Solid front-end skills; back-end experience with [PHP / Node.js / MySQL] is a big plus
Excellent written and spoken English
Proactive, honest, and detail-obsessed — you double-check your own work
Reliable: you hit deadlines and communicate early if something changes
Fast, stable internet connection and your own computer
Available full-time and looking for a long-term home, not a short gig
Nice to Have
UI/UX or design skills (Figma)
E-commerce experience (Shopify, WooCommerce)
SEO and site speed optimization experience
