ABOUT US:
AcquiFlow Media is a performance marketing agency running high end direct response advertising for trade and home services businesses (solar, electrical, construction, paving, home improvement) across Ireland, the UK, and the US. We build and manage Meta Ads campaigns, creative systems, and CRM automation for our clients, and we care more about conversion rate and revenue than vanity metrics.

THE ROLE:
We are looking for an experienced Creative Strategist / Designer to own ad creative production and strategy across our client accounts. This is not an entry level or junior position. We need someone who already knows how to research, deconstruct, and produce high performing direct response ad creative without heavy hand holding.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Research and deconstruct winning ad creative from competitors and top performing accounts
- Design and produce static and video ad creative for Meta campaigns (home improvement, solar, trades verticals)
- Build and organise creative directly inside Meta Ads Manager
- Use AI creative tools (Higgsfield and similar) to generate and iterate on ad assets
- Write and refine AI image/video generation prompts to hit a specific creative direction
- Work from brand guidelines and reference ad templates to keep creative consistent across clients
- Iterate quickly based on performance data and feedback
- Static image design + Video editing within capcut

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven hands on experience running or producing creative inside Meta Ads Manager
- Strong working knowledge of Canva and Figma
- Direct experience with AI creative tools such as Higgsfield, and confident prompting for AI image/video generation
- A portfolio of real ad creative you have shipped, ideally in performance/direct response marketing (not just branding or social content)
- Understanding of direct response principles, not just aesthetics: hooks, emotional angles, VOC (voice of customer) language, scroll stopping design
- Ability to work independently once given a brief or reference template

WHAT WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR:
- No beginners, students, or junior designers
- No general graphic design only backgrounds with no ad/performance experience
- No one unfamiliar with Meta Ads Manager
