JOB OVERVIEW

***GHL, video editing, and social media management experience is required. PLEASE DO NOT apply if you don't have prior experience in all three of those.

***Portfolio of video editing is HIGHLY preferred. If you don't have samples of your work, low chance of review.

The role:
Company: Psychedelic Guide Network (PGN) — a community of psychedelic practitioners offering ethics training, peer groups, and continuing education for licensed providers.

1. GoHighLevel (GHL) experience — workflows, automations, client portal, memberships, courses (adding/editing), email marketing, products
2. Video editing experience— short-form clips/reels from recorded presentations, interviews, and monthly series. Tools: Canva, CapCut, Descript. Open to whatever platform the VA prefers
3. Social media posting — taking edited content and posting to socials2. AI proficiency — not agent-building, but solid working knowledge of different models
4. Customer service — email, Signal, and Zoom (video calls 1-2x/month with members representing company)

Intangibles:
-Strong English & presentation — you'll be on camera in community Zoom calls couple times a month
-Self-starter / proactive — CEO's pet peeve is lack of initiative. If there's downtime, find something to do. Don't sit idle on the clock
-Integrity & communication — reach out if stuck, give status updates without being asked

Details:
-Work from home
-$5/hour
-20 hours/week part time
-Sunday-Thursday U.S. time
-Weekdays (Mon-Thurs): 10am-2pm Central (11pm-3am Manila time)
-Sundays: 2pm-6pm Central (3am-7am Manila time, essentially early morning Monday for you)
-Long term, room for growth within organization
