JOB OVERVIEW

Final Quality Check of Technical Graphics (Remote via VPN)

I'm looking for support with the final review of already-created graphics for an ongoing project. All work is done remotely through a VPN connection to a prepared working environment that I provide.

What you'll do

Review completed graphics for completeness, correct labelling, linking, and consistency with the template
Fix minor deviations directly in the environment
Keep a clean record of what was checked and what was changed

What I expect

Strong PC skills — remote access, several applications running side by side, and file management are routine for you
Hands-on experience with AI tools and the ability to build them into your own workflow in a useful way
Self-directed onboarding: I provide access, templates, and a short briefing. I can't offer extended training
A sharp eye that's still sharp on the 200th object
Reliable internet connection and your own capable machine
Parts of the working environment are in German — you don't need to speak it, but you should be comfortable working with a translation tool alongside

How we start: paid test batch
Before any commitment on either side, we run a paid test batch of around 20–30 graphics. This lets you get familiar with the environment and lets me see the quality of your work. The test batch is paid at a higher per-unit rate than the regular rate, since you're still learning the setup — you won't be penalised for the learning curve.

Based on that batch we agree the regular per-unit rate together, and it stays fixed for the rest of the project.

Payment
Paid per completed graphic, not per hour. Working quickly and accurately earns you more. Invoicing weekly or per delivered batch, via Wise or PayPal — your preference.

Scope
800–1,000 graphics in total. Delivered in batches over several months — this is steady, ongoing work for the right person, not a one-off task.
