We are about to launch a Windows app and we need real people on real computers to install it, use it for a couple of minutes, and tell us what happened. That is the whole job, about 10 minutes.
What we need from you:
- A Windows 10 or 11 PC. Not a Mac, not a phone.
- Google Chrome.
- Willingness to install a desktop app and a Chrome extension, use them briefly, and report back.
- Willingness to follow a short script we will give you. It is a few simple steps, nothing technical.
To be straight about what this is, because we know how it can sound: we do not send files. You download it yourself from our website, which we will give you once we start, and you are welcome to scan it first. Nothing gets collected from your computer without you seeing it on your own screen first and d
What you get:
- $5.50 by PayPal, sent as soon as you report back, usually within a few hours. That is $5 for the work plus 50 cents on top, because PayPal takes a cut on international payments and again on the currency conversion. We would rather you actually end up with the $5.
- A free year of the app, starting right now. That is the $200 a year plan, free. It does voice dictation, screen recording with instant share links, and AI meeting notes. The three separate tools it replaces cost about $53 a month combined.
This is a small task, but it is also how we are finding people to work with regularly. We need virtual assistants, and we need technical people who can do customer support for this app, which means helping users install it, getting them set up, and answering their questions. If you do a good job here we would like to talk to you about ongoing work.
We are also putting together a referral program. If you know people or businesses who would get use out of this, there will be a monthly cut in it for you for as long as they stay. Tell us if that interests you.
When you apply, please tell us:
1. Are you willing to install a desktop app and a browser extension on your own Windows PC and tell us what happens?
2. Roughly how old is your PC, and does it have a graphics card, if you know?
3. What other work do you do? In particular, tell us if you have done virtual assistant work or customer support before, and whether ongoing work interests you.
