Full-Time Virtual Assistant — Content Posting, Automations + Daily Support

I run a fast-moving personal brand and business, and I'm looking for a reliable right-hand VA who can take the daily grind off my plate and run it without me babysitting. This is a full-time, everyday role that can grow into a long-term position handling bigger tasks over time. I care more about someone sharp and dependable than the cheapest option — pay reflects that.

What you'll do daily:

Content posting (core task) — Manually auto-post my FWRD(My app) carousels and videos every single day, a good volume of them. Add sounds, captions, and finishing touches to each one. You'll have full access to my TikTok accounts across all platforms and devices, so you can actually do the posting for me directly and keep everything running. Or use the paid softwares i use to make this even easier

Content research + scraping — Study what's performing for other apps and brands in my space, track which platforms and video styles are winning, and bring me ideas I can use.

Automations — Fix my existing automations when they break or turn off, and keep my EOD/BOD forms running (they shut off sometimes and need a reset). Real hands-on experience required — Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar.

Tracking + team support — Sit in my team group chats, track daily activity, and log booking calls (who booked, for how much, the details).

Day-to-day — Whatever I need that day. Down the line, bigger tasks like booking flights, travel, and more in-depth work as I learn to trust you.

Looking for: Real automation experience, comfort with daily social posting, a sharp eye for what performs, reliability every day, and someone trustworthy enough to be signed into my systems.
