Change Craft is a California-based strategic communications agency working with public health, government, education, nonprofit, and mission-driven clients across the United States. Our creative work spans campaigns, brand systems, digital content, presentations, print, social, and experiential.
We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team on a long-term basis.
About the Role
You'll work alongside our US-based creative team (Associate Creative Director, Creative Director, and Art Directors) on client campaigns across multiple industries and formats. You'll design social media assets, campaign creative, presentations, reports, event collateral, and brand elements. You'll take direction from senior creatives and execute at a high level of craft.
What You'll Do
Campaign & Brand Design
• Design campaign creative across social, digital, and print
• Develop and maintain brand systems for clients as directed by senior creatives
• Design social media assets, story templates, and content series
• Design presentations, reports, and pitch decks in Google Slides, Keynote, or PowerPoint
• Design event collateral, print materials, and experiential design elements
Digital Design
• Design landing pages,
• Create motion graphic elements when needed
• Optimize designs for multiple platforms and formats
Team Collaboration
• Work closely with copywriters, art directors, and account managers
• Take direction from the Creative Director and Associate Creative Director
• Participate in creative reviews and iterate based on feedback
• Meet deadlines across multiple concurrent projects
Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating range across brand, campaign, digital, and print
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Proficiency in Figma
• Comfort with Canva for fast-turn social work (but design skills cannot be limited to Canva, must be Adobe proficient)
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to meet deadlines across multiple concurrent projects
• Strong attention to detail and craft
Preferred Qualifications
• Agency experience (PR, marketing or creative agency)
• Experience designing for US clients
• Experience with After Effects, Premiere, or motion design
• Experience with brand system development
• Experience with public health, government, education, or nonprofit campaigns
• Experience with multicultural or LGBTQ+ audience-focused design

Preferred Working Hours
Some portion of work hours required to overlap with U.S. Pacific Time, but not for all hours. Some design work requires team collaboration, other assignments are asynchronous and can occur at any convenient schedule that still meets project deadlines.
