JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring for a social media management agency and are looking for someone to join their different socials’ teams. If you genuinely enjoy social media, understand how it works beyond just using it, and want to be part of a team that takes it seriously, this might be for you.

This is a full account management role. That means you are not just posting content and calling it a day. You are thinking about the accounts you handle, making decisions on content, and taking responsibility for how they grow.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Run assigned accounts day to day
- Choose and plan content in a way that gives it the best chance of doing well
- Come up with content recommendations and directives for your clients to make
- Keep up with what is happening on your assigned platform and using it to your advantage
- Keep accounts in good health and flag anything that looks off
- Give feedback on content and suggest improvements where you can
- Send regular updates on how accounts are performing

QUALIFICATIONS

- Someone who actually understands Social Media: how it works, what performs, and why
- Reliable and proactive, you do not need someone telling you what to do every step of the way
- Can handle managing more than one account at a time without dropping the ball
- Communicates well and works well with others
- Fluent in English
- Genuinely interested in social media and content growth
- Experience managing Instagram accounts is a bonus but not a dealbreaker if you can show you know your stuff
