Sales Warm Outreach - Australia / New Zealand Company

Are you a friendly, solution driven communicator who enjoys reaching out to clients who inquire to us and building a positive conversation that convert to new bookings? We’re hiring a Sales Warm Outreach specialist to contact prospective customers, qualify interest, and book calls for our sales team.

What you’ll do

Reach out to leads via email/phone/chat using warm outreach
Engage prospects, answer basic questions, and qualify needs
Identify opportunities and set up call/meeting
Maintain clean, organized lead notes and follow-ups
Work closely with sales to improve conversion results

We’re looking for

Strong English communication - excellent grammar and tone (with Australian accent a bonus)
Confident, professional outreach style
Experience in sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or customer-facing roles
Good follow-through and comfort with daily targets/metrics
Reliable / secure internet and a quiet workspace
